Valentine Chocolate Party Thursday, Feb. 11 6-8pm  The entire family is invited to the Piedmont Library on Thursday to celebrate our love of chocolate. Come and go any time between 6pm and 8pm and create a chocolate bar using the ingredients of your choice. Then, design a valentine wrapper for your bar. We'll also have ingredients on hand to make edible chocolate playdough, and we'll provide fruit, pretzels, chips, and other items to dip in the chocolate fountain. For more information call 373-9018

Piedmont Library Catalog Online Coming February 19th!  Beginning February 19th, the Piedmont Library Catalog will be accessible from any internet access computer! Not only will customers be able to locate library holdings from home or other remote locations, they will be able to create their own book reserves, write book reviews, update their library information, and renew items. Customers will also have the opportunity to sign up for email reminders when items are coming due, and when items are overdue. These features and more will be available thanks to a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and The Library Systems Technology Act.

Preschool Music & Movement First Wednesday of each month at 10am  Preschoolers and their grownups are invited to the library the first Wednesday of each month at 10am to explore music and movement with Miss Bonnie. Children will experiment with a variety of musical intruments, and use their imagination as they are introduced to different musical styles. Call the library for additional information.

Story Time returns to Tuesday Mornings! Tuesday mornings at 10:00am  Weekly story time is in full swing! Kids over the age of two are invited to bring their grown-ups to the Library on Tuesday mornings at 10am. They will listen to stories, sing songs, dance, and enjoy a simple craft and a small snack.
